Life

We go through so many dips and valleys
Just to climb the mountain of hope again

But, if we don't we will not win, instead lose
Life is full of hope, despair, sadness, joy, pain and happiness

You have to find your place in this world where you belong
Then and only then you will know you did no wrong.

Sometimes I wonder
About the life of a bird
How nice it would be to have
a spirit so free

Humans have responsibilities to keep us grounded
We must have within us some common factor with the bird
Or else there would be no desire to be free

If only for a moment we could soar along with the birds

Fickleness of Life

Days come and go
Some are fleeting
Some are slow
Some days give way to much thought
Some are too fast to think twice
All I ask for is the time to be thankful
And enjoy what life has to offer me
We will see

How do you go on
After so much pain
You must remember there is
Always a rainbow after the rain
Life is short and full of valleys
But once you climb the mountain of hope
You find peace again
