Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my website.

I started this site to share my own experiences with the trust that by the sharing I can support others.

The principals of the information provided in these pages make up the *tools* by which I recovered from the motor vehicle accident in  which I was involved.

Chronic pain is now a part of me.

Quality of life is different for each person . To attain the level of the quality desired by the individual and then to maintain it requires work.

Learning to change that which can be changed and to accept that which cannot be changed is an ongoing process.

Please take the time to browse through the pages. I trust the information will help you towards your own recovery and to manage living your life with chronic pain.

Determine your own acceptable quality of life, then work on your own program to attain and maintain it.

In conclusion, it is equally important that one's state of mind is stable. Depression often sets in with increased level of pain, and if it is not addressed will feed to further elevate one's pain.

Many who experience Chronic Pain also have personal issues and these need also to be addressed and resolved.

There are support groups made up of people who can empathize and understand. Seek these groups out in your region.

Having the understanding (of what you are experiencing) and support   from others is important! These two factors go to make up a large part of the recovery program.

Education must be an integral part of your program.. To help you further please watch this video: Health

Be the change you want: Create A Better World (CABW)

We can never be so discouraged that we can't see the road in front of us.

Lost paths are found again. Your fears, your insecurities your short comings may shadow you for a while, but eventually will be dissolved in the light of a new day and the direction of a new way.

One step equals one move in one positive direction.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
